Fungiship improves systems leadership by understanding how they grow and thrive in their environment. It offers the opportunity to reflect in a systemic way to catalyze change, transformation and innovation in organizations, inspired by fungi and mycelium.
It creates maps of the entire "system", the invisible dynamics of a situation.
MANIFESTO
FungiShip aims to support a sustainable process of learning and renewal with the aim of making systems (organizations, communities, groups, teams, etc.) able to survive, thrive and increase their efficiency.
